I’m a raving fan of Kathy Mallary, and here’s a little bit about why.
I signed up for the Empowerment Group for Coaches to help me develop a marketing system and signature products for both an established coaching business and a brand new coaching business (which, incidentally, Kathy was instrumental in helping me design from scratch.)

 Kathy Mallary is quite simply one of the savviest, smartest, most “kick-your-ass” compassionate business colleagues and coaches you will ever find. I’ve been working with her every week for 3 years, and can’t imagine a week going by without her clarity of focus, advice, just-the-right nudging in just-the-right direction, keeping me sane for the next round of whatever zany idea I’m getting ready to ride off into the sunset on.
She’ll adjust the stirrups so they fit my feet, check to make sure the saddle is cinched so I don’t fall off, and sneak a sugar cube for my champion idea when the energy wanes. Or, she’ll remind me that I’ve saddled up about 20 horses at this point, and wouldn’t I, really, like to just take out one, first, get a feel for how it rides? And then, when I least expect it, she’ll make me laugh so hard I fall out of the saddle.
In other words, she has helped me manage my business, shape ideas that work for my customers, offered a wealth of resources and her own expertise for my staff, keeps me on track to growing a business year ‘round, and not just a once-a-year-telesummit-wonder. I’ve gone from a harried, reactive and somewhat successful Interweb business owner to someone who is learning, with Kathy’s guidance, to smooth out the business bumps with grace and ease.
And, if that’s not enough, she can dive as deeply into relevant spiritual or psychological material as the business end of things – so I can keep from unconsciously, unintentionally letting go of the reins and taking a bad fall. Even that’s not so bad, because Kathy is miraculously always there to catch me.
Her coaching goes so far beyond coaching I’m not sure there are adequate words to capture the depth of her soulful work.
