3 requirements for joining the Empowerment Group
#1: An open mind and heart. I'm looking for coaches who are coachable--willing to ask for and accept help, open to trying new things, and up for being held accountable. Some coaches make awful clients because they can't shift out of coach mode in order to receive support. I can't help those folks, and having them in the group wouldn't support the other members, either.
#2: An investment in yourself and in the group. In addition to the financial investment, you'll need to set aside time to connect with the other group members and to give and receive feedback and support. You should also plan on spending 5-10 hours a week working ON your business in a focused way.

Q - Do I need any special equipment to participate in the program?
A - You'll need a telephone for the sessions and a computer for the homework. The materials will be in pdf format and easy to download. And you can download and listen to the audio recordings on your computer.
Q - Are there any additional costs associated with participating?
A - There may be long distance charges related to the group calls, buddy calls and coaching/planning calls with Kathy.
Q - Does this program come with a guarantee?
A - Yes, like all SpiritSpring Coaching products and programs there is a guarantee. For the Expert Coach Empowerment Group, if you decide to drop out of the program before the third group meeting (Feb 10), I'll refund 100% of your pre-paid tuition.
Q - Do you have a refund policy if someone drops out after the third meeting?
